1. Return Eligibility
Standard Returns
- You may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Original packaging must be included and undamaged.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products (OEM/ODM orders)
- Products marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Downloadable digital content
Defective or Damaged Products
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange a free return and full refund or replacement
