1. Return Eligibility

Standard Returns


 

  • You may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Original packaging must be included and undamaged.

Non-Returnable Items


 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:


 

  • Customized or personalized products (OEM/ODM orders)
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Downloadable digital content

Defective or Damaged Products


 

If you receive a defective or damaged product:


 

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange a free return and full refund or replacement


 

 

2. Return Process

Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within 1-2 business days. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Step 3: Ship the Product


 

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  • Include the RA number on the outside of the package
  • Ship to the address provided in your return authorization


 

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.


 

 

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after inspection approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your payment method

Partial Refunds
